1984 Wolfsburg Edition Rabbit

Wolfsburg Edition Rabbit in Diamond Silver Metallic

Options and specifications are the same as the base model for each year, except for, or in addition to:

  • Aluminum bumpers
  • Small Wolfsburg badges on the front fender, between the door and the wheel. (See pic on the right.)
  • Wheel "upgrade" options

Rabbit fulfills the demands of a mobile society who want more than just a box on wheels.

Exceptional mileage* was certainly a prerequisite to its evolution, yet equally important were handling, comfort, durability and style. Perhaps this is why Rabbit has become one of the best selling cars in the world!

To Rabbit’s incredible list of standard equipment - its choice of engines, front wheel drive, rack and pinion steering, front disc brakes and independent suspension system - we’ve added a number of features that put it in a league by itself.

Enter the Wolfsburg Limited Edition Rabbit. On the outside, we’ve included your choice of four metallic colors or Cashmere White. A large aerodynamic front spoiler. Dual black body side moldings. 5-inch steel wheels with road-gripping 175/70 R 13 steel belted radial tires, And sporty wheel covers.

Inside, you’ll find fully reclining bucket seats of blue and grey tweed cloth with grey leatherette trim. To further increase your comfort level, you may also choose from either air conditioning or a sunroof and an AM/FM stereo cassette radio.
