Where can I get factory VW colors in a spray can?

Websites, and locations where you can purchase factory paint in spray cans.

-Automotive Touchup
http://automotivetouchup.com/

They deliverd the paint and clear coat as It is a 2 part... and damn if it ain't the exact match.

This door was painted over a year ago using paint purchased from the above site. It was originally white. 2½ cans of blue were used, followed by 2 cans of clear.

-Wesco Auto Body Supply:

Wescopbe.com

While they don't ship, you can visit one of their locations in washington, flip through their color books to either find your color, or choose a new color and they'll put the paint in a spray can for you.
They have a wide variety of quality paint brands, and they're extremely kind and helpful.

Locations can be found Here.

Update: As of May 20th 2008, Wesco's Renton location is currently not selling spray cans, as their machine is out of order.

All of the on-line shops typically get their rattle cans from : http://www.sanleandrocolor.com/index.html
This would include http://automotivetouchup.com/ and http://www.paintscratch.com/.
